Dr. Sapia graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Buenos Aires in 1998. She completed her specialty in Ophthalmology at the Universidad del Salvador, graduating in 2002, and at the Ramos Mejía Hospital in Buenos Aires. During her residency, she presented several scientific papers at national conferences. She trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Strabismus, and Neuro-Ophthalmology under Dr. Adolfo...
Dr. Sapia graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Buenos Aires in 1998. She completed her specialty in Ophthalmology at the Universidad del Salvador, graduating in 2002, and at the Ramos Mejía Hospital in Buenos Aires. During her residency, she presented several scientific papers at national conferences. She trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Strabismus, and Neuro-Ophthalmology under Dr. Adolfo Güemes, with whom she worked for 7 years, during which time they presented papers and delivered lectures at national and international conferences. She completed a Fellowship in Orbit, Oculoplastics, and Lacrimal Pathways in Mexico City, where she undertook an intensive clinical and surgical training program at the Dr. Luis Sánchez Bulnes Hospital, Association to Prevent Blindness in Mexico. Her title was awarded by UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico). She currently works as a staff physician at Ramos Mejía Hospital in Buenos Aires, at the Ophthalmological Foundation of Dr. Ricardo Dodds, FUSAVI, and at the Ophthalmological Clinic.

I was recommended to see Dr. Sapia, as she is both an ophthalmologist and a surgeon. It's true that the wait is long, even with an appointment, but I can also attest that Dr. Sapia is an excellent professional who dedicates her time to thorough checkups, answers questions, and provides precise instructions to improve her patients' vision. I recently had surgery with her and I am very satisfied with all the care I received before, during, and after the procedure.
