I went to the clinic this week. I paid for the consultation in advance—there's no other way to book an appointment—and the trichoscopy was done there. The consultation itself wasn't much different from a consultation with any dermatologist covered by health insurance; the difference is the test. After the consultation, you go to a small room where the woman starts selling it to you like it's a timeshare, trying to get you to close the deal right away with a deposit or something. The prices for the treatment (mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma) are double what any other dermatologist charges. I'm still waiting for the trichoscopy report.

I don't recommend it. On my first visit, they sold me a plan with a very well-crafted presentation. I trusted them, accepted the most expensive plan, and paid everything upfront, thinking I would receive personalized service, especially given their reputation. It was a plan for several months. I went to approximately four sessions, and it was never clear what I was supposed to do that day. There was no follow-up on my case, and on several occasions, they asked me whether or not they were applying a certain process, as if I had to decide on the treatment. There was also no order or planning. It was never clear how often I should go or what the process would be like. They said every 15 days, but then I changed a date, and the time to the next appointment was 9 days, and it seemed like it didn't matter. In short, it was never clear. I missed a session due to my own mistake, but after that, there was no communication. More than a month has passed, and no one has contacted me again. Zero interest in the client. I'm not going to complain about what I paid because I don't want to waste time on that, but the disorganization and lack of attention are clear.

I went to the clinic for a case of patchy alopecia due to post-bereavement stress. I was obviously very sensitive and extremely vulnerable. The doctor's care seemed okay, but what really bothered me was that she prescribed very strong corticosteroids WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY LAB RESULTS. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that after the consultation, they locked me in a room to "offer" me a "promotion" of X number of sessions at X price. The saleswoman was VERY pushy and had very little empathy. I felt like they were playing on my vulnerability. I felt like a product, not a patient. Don't go there if you have a real medical problem. It's more of a "cosmetic" treatment.
